Blueberry muffins

1. Cream together
  • 110g grape seed oil
  • 65g sugar
  • 2 eggs
2. Combine
  • 11g plain flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
3. Fill up muffin cases half way, and stud with fresh blueberries
4. Oven bake 200 for 20 mins

Alternative toppings:
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
